World Expo Dubai Tour

22-29 March 2022 Nordic Piano Music Week

All the Artists-in-Residence at Ingesund Piano Center will travel to Dubai World Expo during 22-29 March, playing at Nordic and other international pavilions at the World Expo. We will play 4 programs with piano music from Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden and programs with mixed music from all countries including Iceland.

Professor Julia Mustonen-Dahlkvist has brought Ingesund School of Music onto the international stage by cultivating young pianists into multi prize-winning artists with great career potentials. She is educated most of the world's different piano schools, having received degrees from 7 countries, along with extensive performing experience. This expertise has allowed her to develop young pianists at a striking pace, helping them achieve world recognition very early on in their careers.

 The Ingesund Piano Center provides a platform for artistic development of classical piano performance of highest international standards. All situated in an musical oasis in the middle of Swedish forest.

With a stimulating environment and international activities, the center offers some of the worlds most promising concert pianists a base to develop their artistry in an optimal way.

The unique environment of Ingesund School of Music, located in Arvika in the middle of the Swedish nature, provides unparalleled conditions of focus, development and in its facilities. Artists have access to concert halls and practicing rooms 24/7 with high-quality instruments at will, with the goal of maximizing every pianist's career potential.

The Artists in Residence at Ingesund Piano Center are professionally selected through a rigorous audition process at University admission and after that max 10 pianists per year are selected by Foundation Committee to join the residency program. They all come from different parts of the world, from Belgium to Latvia, to Hong Kong and Canada, giving the community an ethos of cultural exchange and all striving for artistic excellence.
