Ingesund Piano Center is grown out of years of successful activities with developing international concert pianists in Arvika. The activities has become an harbour of artistic excellence, attracting some of the world’s top artists to Sweden.

Professor Julia Mustonen-Dahlkvist has brought Ingesund School of Music onto the international stage by cultivating young pianists into multi prize-winning artists with great career potentials. She is educated most of the world's different piano schools, having received degrees from 7 countries, along with extensive performing experience. This expertise has allowed her to develop young pianists at a striking pace, helping them achieve world recognition very early on in their careers.

The unique environment of Ingesund School of Music, located in Arvika in the middle of the Swedish nature, provides unparalleled conditions of focus, development and in its facilities. Artists have access to concert halls and practicing rooms 24/7 with high-quality instruments at will, with the goal of maximizing every pianist's career potential.

The Artists in Residence at Ingesund Piano Center are professionally selected through a rigorous audition process at University admission and after that max. 10 pianists per year are selected by Foundation Committee to join the residency program. They all come from different parts of the world, from Belgium to Latvia, to Hong Kong and Canada, giving the community an ethos of cultural exchange and all striving for artistic excellence.
